LA Painting & Decorating is a genuinely family-run painting and decorating business in Perth, owned and run by Luke and Lauren. No call centre, no franchise. When you deal with us, you deal with the two people whose name is on the work.
Co-Owner & Director of Operations
Co-owner and the painter behind LA Painting & Decorating. 18+ years on the tools across Perth, Dulux Accredited, and still on site every day, leading the projects and mentoring the team. Obsessive about the preparation and the detail: if it isn't right, it gets done again before you ever see it.
Co-Owner & Business Operations Manager
Co-owner, and the one who runs the day-to-day; usually the first person you'll speak to. From your first enquiry through to quotes, scheduling, client communication, payroll and accounts, Lauren keeps the business running, so you always know who's coming and when, and jobs run on time.

We're more than just painters. We're a close-knit team that genuinely cares about the homes we work in, the people we work for, and the reputation we've built across Perth.
Site Supervisor
15 years in the trade, running our projects on site and mentoring the apprentices. Outside of work, Patrick keeps things simple: weekends watching movies, eating pizza and relaxing with his cats. A calm, balanced life is what lets him bring a steady, focused approach to every project.
Qualified Tradeswoman
Reliable, meticulous and genuinely passionate about her trade. When she's not on the tools, Savannah is with family and friends, tucking into a good steak and keeping up with the sport, and never taking life too seriously. Known for her sense of humour, and always willing to lend a hand.
First Year Apprentice
Hardworking, enthusiastic and always eager to learn. Away from the job, Erin loves nature and animals, whether she's camping or exploring the outdoors. She plays guitar when she's not having a good snooze, and is always happy with a good Mexican meal.

The newest of the crew. Off the tools, Decklan makes the most of the outdoors, whether it's fishing, camping or spending time with his mates, and brings that same energy to work: hardworking, positive and always keen to learn.
